Rehabilitation at Oak Ridge Nursing & Rehab is more than a program - it's our mission. We're committed to rehabilitating our residents and restoring them to their maximum level of physical and mental functioning in the most independent setting possible. Our experienced Rehabilitation Department utilizes a variety of physical, occupational and speech therapies and the motivating skills of high-trained specialists to accomplish this.

A complete rehabilitation team of physical, occupational and speech therapists are available at all levels of care to meet the special needs of the patients. All services are provided under the supervision of Registered and Licensed Therapists. A comprehensive plan is developed to meet the special needs of each patient. Oak Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation is equipped with a therapy gymnasium that has a variety of equipment and machines

Our services include: Social Service & Welfare, Nursing, Surgery, Rehabilitation Centers, and Nursing Care.

Our therapists work very closely with our nursing staff and each resident’s physician to set up a proper treatment program. The goal of rehabilitation is to help a person reach a point where he or she can care for themselves and possibly return home.
